Repair beats replacement on a well-made lamp
A solid brass, ceramic or carved-wood base will outlast three disposable lamps. When the wiring fails, the object is still good — it just needs a new cord set, a fresh socket and someone willing to take it apart properly.
We work the way a bench shop should: full disassembly, inspection of every contact, UL-listed replacement parts, and a bulb test before the lamp leaves. Antiques get conservative treatment so original hardware and finish stay intact wherever it is safe to keep them.
