What the work involves
Heirloom lamps deserve conservative work. We stabilize what is original, replace only what is unsafe, and match period-correct hardware wherever we can source it — brass, bakelite, cloth-covered cord and all.
We use UL-listed sockets and cord sets, polarized or grounded plugs as the fixture requires, and we bulb-test everything before it goes back to you. If we find a second problem while the lamp is apart, we call you with the cost before touching it.
